Booking Form: i. Group name or group leader: This will be the name of the head person or a name for your charter group. ii. Each individual guest will need to fill out a booking form. Charters: i. Charter rates are $1,500 per day and you can charter Oasis for any number of days, minimum being 4 days charter..... The cabin arrangement is as follows: Cabin 1: One double bunk and one single bunk Cabin 2: One double bunk Cabin 3: One double bunk Payment: i. All payments at this time must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank using a U.S. cheque, or payments can be made via credit card using the "PAYPAL" system. ii. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of the initial booking. iii. Final balance of payment must be made no less than 6 weeks prior to sail date. iv. Charters booked within 6 weeks of the sailing date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. vi. Payment can be made via Paypal or by cheque. Cheques are to be made out to, "Captain Julian G Legg" (Owner and captain of Sail Oasis Charters). (We suggest priority mail, registered, or couriered mail due to an unreliable mail service in the islands!) Refunds: i. If a charter is cancelled due to the fault of "Sail Oasis Charters" then a full refund will be made. ii. If a charter is cancelled due to bad weather then a 75% refund will be made. iii. Charter cancellations made in excess of 30 days prior to the sailing date will forfeit the deposit. (If you re-schedule your charter for another time, then all payments will be carried over to the new booking). iv. Charter cancellations made within 30 days of the sailing date will forfeit 50% of the charter fee. v. Charter cancellations made within 14 days of the sailing date will forfeit 75% of the charter fee. vi. Charter fees that have been paid in full will be non-refundable for a "No Show". Travel Documents: i. Primary travel document should be a valid, (IN DATE & SIGNED), passport. Travel Arrangements for 2008: (Unless otherwise specified:) i. Passengers will need to arrange their own flights to Grenada for the Grenadines itinerary, and to Beef Island or St Thomas for the BVI itinerary ii. Charters generally run from noon on the starting date, until noon of the ending date. Charters can run from any day of the week and finish on any day of the week, subject to availability with previously booked charters. For winter 2008: The yacht will be based in the BVI's and flights should be arranged to Beef Island, Tortola, or you can fly to St.Thomas and then take a short ferry ride to West End on Tortola. Food and Beverage: i. Your charter fee will give you: Three meals a day & snacks at 'happy hour'. Complimentary Rum Punch at 'happy hour'. Complimentary house wine with dinner. ii. If you require additional soft drinks/alcohol/liquors/beers/mixers etc. then you can either purchase it on arrival, or send me a list of your requirements and it will be purchased for you. This will be billed to you at cost price. Miscellaneous: i. It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance for your trip. ii. Electricity: The yacht has 12v/24v/110v/220v supplies. iii. No children under the age of 5. (Unless by prior arrangement) iv. Liability releases for all water activities will be required. v. Gratuities are accepted. 15% of the full fare cost is suggested as a guidleine if you have enjoyed yourself! vi. Passengers have free use of the 'toys' on the yacht. (Snorkel equipment, water-skis, kneeboard, wakeboard, tube etc.). vii. The captain's word is final on all matters concerning yacht operations, itinerary and safety.
